Discharge by permanent discharging structure of elephant nose. 

The discharging mouth can be wash, sterile, dry and cool individually or with the washing tank together.

• It used the 360° rotation sprayer to wash. There are no dead space since the spray can cover the whole inner face of the transfer pipe;
• The material of the pipe is 316L stainless steel. There are no corner angle and dead space. The polish rate is under 0.4 μm;
• It adopts PLC control system. The working process and the time, temperature and pressure can be show on screen;
• It is effective, risk-free and capital intensive, and meets the requirement of new GMP.
